Mulberry silk fabric
A single silk filament is composed of two threads of fibronin(silk protein) surrounded by a coating of sericin(silk protein)surrounded by a coating of sericin(silk glue).Consisting of 18 amino acids,silk filament is a porous fiber that enables the silk to be soft,lustrous and absorbent.In China,silk is regarded as the Queen of Fibers.
All of our silk scarves are made of 100% mulberry silk with best grade 6A.

Customize your own silk scarf
Fabric and size
Fabrics can be customised according to your needs,available silk fabrics are as follows:
Dimension:Mainly can customise square scarf and long scarf,you can also make irregular scarves,such as triangle scarves,diamond-shaped scarves
Tickness
Different silk fabrics have different thickness,If you prefer a thicker silk fabric,we recommend silk satin fabric,silk twill,silk CDC;if you prefer thinner faabic,we recommend silk habotai,silk chiffon,etc.
Digital printing is categorized into single side printing and double side printing,thin fabrics(under 12momme) single side printing is enough,because of the thinness so the front and back of the scrf will have a color penetartion.Silk fabrics over 12mm,e.g.14mm silk satin,14mm silk twill,double side printing is optional.
Hemming ways
There are two main ways to roll the edges of a scarf,one is machine rolled and the other is hand rolled.

Q1:I am interested in silk scaves,can you send me some catalogues?
A:We offer a customised service,if you have your own design or atrwork,plz send them to us,we can help you print them on the scarves,if you do not have your own design,you can choose one of the designs we have.Also you can choose solid color fabric.
Q2:How do I send my design files?
A:You can send to me through a website called wetransfer,the pattern format can be :TIFF,JPG,PDF and PSD,the resolution need to be more than 150 DPI in order to have enough clear printing results.
Q3: How can I get the price?
A: The scarf price depends on silk fabric, size,printing, hemming ways and quantity.Plz tell us your specific requirements,then we will give you a quotation.
Q4: Can we make our own lable or logo tag ?
A:Yes, you can send to us or send us the artwork ,we can produce for you.
Q5:What is the minimum order quantity for silk scarves?
A:MOQ:10pcs per design
